Thank you for scheduling your field trip with Pond Hill Farm. We offer a learning experience that focuses on the importance of local farms and food. Students of all ages find out where their food comes from and why it matters.
Field trips will be scheduled on Mondays and Tuesdays in 2017. They can be scheduled for 9:00am OR 1:00pm. At this time we cannot accommodate requests outside of these days/times. Trips are scheduled on a first come/first served basis.
This season you will able to select the type of field trip that works best for your group:
Educational: Students will have a farm education presentation that is geared to their age group and, as much as possible, incorporating your curriculum focus. Hayrides are included in this trip and your group is welcome to enjoy the farm at your leisure following the hayride. Cost is $6/student. Siblings who attend will also be charged $6. Teachers and chaperones are free of charge.
Recreational: Students will be welcomed to the farm and have a hayride. Following the hayride, you will be able to enjoy the farm at your leisure. Cost is $4/student. Siblings who attend will also be charged $4. Teachers and chaperones are free of charge.
This year we will be charging $2 each for pumpkins in the fall.
All field trip requests MUST be made at least two weeks in advance of your earliest requested date. Thank you and welcome to the farm!
